As much as I claim to wallow in the self-pity of my single status on the day devoted to couples (tomorrow...), I secretly love Valentine's Day.
It's weird, honestly. I've never had a boy on the scene at the time of Valentine's, so I don't know how I would feel about it if I did. But right now, as I 'enjoy' being single, I can't help but smile when I think that there exists an entire day devoted to celebrating LOVE. Simply love. That's all. How can anyone possibly hate that?
I intend to spend my Valentine's Day making sure all my family and friends know how much I love them, and making sure everything I do that day incorporates the color PINK! And then I might sit in my bed, turn on some Netflix, and sip on champagne until I believe that Seth Meyer is on his way to come sweep me off my feet. Healthy, right?
